Easy & perfect to dinner for all metabolisms

My recipe( For 1 person)🌟
1) Lightly roast the cumin straws and two cloves of garlic in ghee
2) Add 3 peeled & choppped tomatoes
3) Sprinkle with asafoetida powder ( good amount of carbohydrates y proteins for a perfect balanced meals)
4) Add black pepper and pink rock salt
5) Add water and let cook 10 min

Then mix and enjoy it😊

If it remains exceptional & occasional, they are totally tolerated in a balanced diet🙏

In a diet if food is related to torment & not pleasur it's not a good diet & the results will not be as expected

Pumpkin Pie🥧🥧


Spices & pumpking🌟🍁

After peeling &cutting in small pieces 500 g of pumpkin in microwave with water, mash & mix it with 1 soups spoon of cinnamon &ginger powder,1 teaspoon of salt, 1 soupspoon of potato starch or flour.
Add a mix of 3 eggs & 250 ml of warm milk.
Put the preparation on a dough to the horn at 230°c the 5 first minute then at 180°c during 30 minutes.

🍃delicious with whipped cream

Free & easy:
Cook in hot water during 40 min and peel it

Beautiful receipes are possible, this are my favorite:
