The concept of Mizaj( Temperament), serves as a foundational element within the Unani system of medicine. It characterizes the unique constitution of an individual based on the dominance of specific humours, known as Akhlat. These humours - Dam (Blood), Balgham (Phlegm), Safra (Yellow Bile), and Sawda (Black Bile) - correspond to distinct qualities of heat, cold, moisture, and dryness.

The India–EU Free Trade Agreement opens a new chapter for Ayush in Europe, creating opportunities for Indian traditional medicine professionals to expand their reach, validate qualifications, and deliver holistic healthcare across EU member states.

This milestone strengthens international collaboration and brings the benefits of Ayush closer to the world.

The India-EU Wellness Partnership under the Free Trade Agreement ensures a stronger global footprint for Indian Traditional Medicine. This agreement empowers practitioners by validating Indian qualifications in specific EU regions and ensures the seamless establishment of wellness centres and clinics abroad. By facilitating trade in traditional medicine services and fostering robust India-EU health cooperation, this partnership expands access to holistic healthcare solutions globally.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman emphasised a renewed commitment to strengthening by expanding national institutes, modernising , and raising global standards for traditional medicine through upgraded facilities.

राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वेद दिवस पर राष्ट्रीय निबंध प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को किया गया सम्मानित
राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वेद दिवस 2025 के अवसर पर आयुर्वेद एडवांसमेंट फोरम एवं ओजस फाउंडेशन द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय निबंध प्रतियोगिता में देशभर से 147 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता को स्नातक (UG) एवं स्नातकोत्तर (PG) वर्ग में आयोजित किया गया।
PG वर्ग में प्रथम पुरस्कार डॉ. शिल्पा एस. यादव, द्वितीय पुरस्कार डॉ. रविना जैन तथा तृतीय पुरस्कार डॉ. श्रद्धा विश्वासराव पाटिल को प्राप्त हुआ। वहीं UG वर्ग में प्रथम पुरस्कार जायती गाला, द्वितीय पुरस्कार अशिता मालवीय एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार रिचा सिंह ने हासिल किया।
विजेताओं का पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस 12 जनवरी 2025 के अवसर पर महर्षि आश्रम, छान भोजपुर में आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर विजेताओं को पुरस्कार राशि, प्रमाण पत्र एवं स्मृति चिन्ह महर्षि ग्रुप ऑफ एजुकेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट के अध्यक्ष वेद विद्या मार्तंड ब्रह्मचारी गिरीश जी द्वारा प्रदान किए गए।
कार्यक्रम में ओजस फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष मधुसूदन देशपांडे, सचिव डॉ. शैलेश मानकर, कोषाध्यक्ष अभिषेक खरे, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वेद विद्यापीठ नई दिल्ली की गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा के शिष्य डॉ. नूपुर त्यागी, डॉ. कृष्ण कुमार सहित अनेक गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।
