The biggest bridal makeup mistake? Choosing products because they’re trending. 🚩
Your bridal makeup kit shouldn’t be based on what looks pretty on Instagram.
It should be based on your skin type, finish, longevity, climate & wedding functions.
For example:
✨ Foundation → Your skin type + desired coverage matter more than the brand.
✨ Concealer → One formula doesn’t work for every under-eye.
✨ Powder → Too much can make bridal skin look flat and cakey in photos.
✨ Blush → Cream, powder or both? It depends on the finish and longevity you want.
✨ Setting spray → The right one can make a BIG difference when you’re wearing makeup for 8–12+ hours.
✨ Skin prep → Honestly, this is where the glow starts. Good makeup cannot completely compensate for poorly prepped skin.
And brides, please don’t feel pressured to buy 20 different products before your wedding.
You need the RIGHT products, not the most products. 🤍
