*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and organized Events Manager to oversee the planning, ex*****on, and evaluation of events, conferences, and meetings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Plan and execute events, conferences, and meetings from concept to completion.

2. Define event objectives, target audience, and budget.

3. Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and accommodations.

4. Manage event marketing and promotion, including social media and email campaigns.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors.

6. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health/safety standards.

8. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure event readiness.

9. Coordinate event registration, ticketing, and attendee management.

10. Evaluate event success through surveys, feedback, and ROI analysis.

11. Maintain event documentation, records, and historical data.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or related field.

2. 2+ years of events management experience.

3. Proven track record of successful event planning and ex*****on.

4. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

7. Familiarity with event management software and technology.

8. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

*Desirable Qualifications:*

1. Certification in Event Planning (CEP) or related field.

2. Experience with budgeting and financial management.

3. Knowledge of audio-visual and technical aspects of events.

4. Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms.
