We, a group of youngsters interested in earthly foods have formed a company ADR health foods to promote Millets and Millet based products. We will be coming up with packed millets grains, millets flours, nutrition mixes (Sathu maavu), Aval varieties, Kanji mixes, Dosa and Adai mixes. We are also in the process of developing breakfast cereals, nutrition bars and cookies made of millets. In our page you can also find the different recipes on millets and millets based products.
