Job Summary
To handle the entire Salon operations effectively

Responsibilities and Accountability

Manage salon front desk operations .
Provide information and assistance to all staff and customers.
Perform openings and or closing procedures as necessary.
Lead the technicians in all issues relating to guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation and salon profit maximization.
Conduct employee evaluations and timely feedback by maintaining open communication with team members.
Assist with administration duties such as attendance, scheduling, forecasting, stock taking billing,petty cash and orders.
Assist with marketing and publicity opportunities.
Ensure all certificates/licenses/equipment are current and maintained.
Manage training and delivery of team members.
Maintain industry knowledge and understanding.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Studio11 Spa Salon Pvt. Ltd.
Promote services, products and discounts on social media
Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role
Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace

Skills and Qualification:
Good communication in English and Tamil. Hindi Knowledge would be an added advantage
Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant salon experience
