அகிலாண்டகோடி பிரம்மாண்ட நாயகனாக எங்கும் நிறைந்த சிவப்பரம்பொருள், வேண்டுவோர்க்கு வேண்டுவன நல்க வேண்டி, கோவை மாவட்டம் மதுக்கரை வட்டம் எட்டிமடை கிராமம் அய்யம்பதி அய்யாசாமி மலையடிவாரத்தில், எட்டாம் நூற்றாண்டில் முதலாம் ஆதித்ய சோழனால் உருவாக்கப் பெற்ற இராசகேசரி பெருவழியில் அமைந்துள்ள அஷ்டாங்க யோகா கிராமில் காலகாலேஸ்வரராக அருள்பாலிக்கும் சிவ பெருமானின் திருவருட்சம்மதம் வாய்க்கப்பெற்று, தற்போதுள்ள திருக்கோயிலின் சுற்று உபபீடம், உபபீடம் மற்றும் சிற்ப வேலைப்பாடுகள் தட்பவெப்ப நிலை காரணிகளாலும், இலிங்க திருமேனி வழியாகவும் உள்ளும் நீர்க்கசிந்து பழுதடையாமல் இருக்கும்பொருட்டு இம் முதற்கட்ட திருப்பணியின் அடிப்படைத் தேவையை கருத்தில் கொண்டு, கருவறை மற்றும் கருவறையைச் சுற்றி அமையவிருக்கும் வெளிப்புறக் கோஷ்டம் மற்றும் அர்த்தமண்டப தளவரிசை அமைத்து நந்தியம்பெருமான் திருமேனி பதிட்டை செய்து ஓட்டினால் ஆன மேற்கூறையை அமைக்க மேற்படி தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

குறிப்பு: கட்டுமான பொருட்கள் கொடுக்க விருப்பமுள்ளவர்கள் கொடுத்து உதவலாம். நிதியை QR குறியீட்டை ஸ்கேன் செய்தோ, காசோலையாகவோ, இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று தவணைகளாகவும் கொடுத்து எல்லாம் வல்ல சிவப்பரம்பொருளின் அருளைப் பெற்றுய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். வேலைகள் பூர்த்தியாக சுமார் ரூ: 30,00,000 (முப்பது லட்சங்கள்) ஆகும் என்பதையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

முதற்கட்ட திருப்பணி: கருவறை மற்றும் கருவறையைச் சுற்றி அமையவிருக்கும் வெளிப்புறக் கோஷ்டம் மற்றும் அர்த்தமண்டப தளவரிசை கல்வேலைப்பாடுகளுடன் அமைத்து நந்தியம்பெருமான் திருமேனி பதிட்டை செய்து ஓட்டினால் ஆன மேற்கூறை அமைத்தல். இதில் தளவரிசைக்கு தேவையான 9 பாவுக்கற்கள் (அளவு: 14அடி நீளம், 18 அங்குல உயரம் மற்றும் 2 அடி அகலம்) ஓட்டினால் ஆன மேற்கூறை (அளவு: 60 அடி நீளம் மற்றும் 39 அடி அகலம்) ஸ்தபதி, கட்டுமான பொருட்கள் மற்றும் வேலையாட்களின் சம்பளம், இயந்திர பாகங்கள், உணவு மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து செலவுகள் முதலானவைகளடங்கும்.

Information of Renovation

With the supreme Lords of Shiva’s blessing, Considered the basic need of this preliminary rework to prevent water seepage through the Shiva Linga Statue due to climatic factors, it has been decided to construct and reworking of the outer koshta mandapa’s flooring, Garbhagriha and the Arthamandapa stone flooring, Nandhi statue prathishta and Tiled roof - Kerala style.

Note: Those willing to donate construction materials can help by donating. We request you to pay the Donations by scanning the QR code, by Cheque, in two or three installments and seek the grace of almighty Shiva. We also inform you that the total cost of the rework estimated approximately Rs: 30,00,000 (Thirty lakhs).

Preliminary work information: Construction and rework of the outer koshta mandapa’s flooring, Garbhagriha and the Arthamandapa stone flooring, Nandhi statue prathishta. This includes the flooring stones, carvings and 9 paving stones (Stone dimensions: 14 feet length, 18 inches high and 2 feet wide) Clay tiled roofing (Site dimensions: 60 feet length and 39 feet wide) Construction materials and wages, machine parts, tools and other carving accessories, labor food and transportation expenses.
