- Deskinning the Banana is the most tedious process in d making
- Slicing into thin slices helps the Banana to dry faster.
- Sun drying the slices - separating the slices and spreading is the trick here for better and faster drying
( we only go with traditional drying of sun ) No dehydrator is used as it's not healthy for the same )
Powdering into fine powder and double sieving is the final step.
Ps: We take spl precautions while drying by covering with net to prevent infestations too.
