Think Wisely before you Use
π Excess sodium in any form can lead to:
β High blood pressure
β Water retention & bloating
β Strain on your kidneys & heart
π‘ The truth is β the colour or type of salt doesnβt give you a free pass to sprinkle more. The difference in nutrients is minimal, and too much is equally harmful.

What really matters is how much salt you use, not just which salt you use.

WHO recommends less than 5 grams of salt/day (thatβs just about 1 teaspoon!)

Balance your flavour by adding spices, lemon, herbs & natural seasonings instead of extra salt πΏπ
