❌ High blood pressure
❌ Water retention & bloating
❌ Strain on your kidneys & heart

πŸ’‘ The truth is – the colour or type of salt doesn’t give you a free pass to sprinkle more. The difference in nutrients is minimal, and too much is equally harmful.
