Red Rice Noodles
ingredients:
Whole wheat flour, Red Rice, Edible vegetable oil, salt and purified water..
Spice mix: Chili powder, Salt, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger, spices
Cooking instructions:
Boil 180 gms of noodles in 1 liter of water by adding a tablespoon of oil for 15 mins.
Drain the excess water and allow the noodles for rest.
Saute your desired vegetables in traditional oil until cooked, add spice mix and mix it well.
Add the noodles and saute for two minutes until it is mixed well.
Serve hot.
