One of our recently concluded construction and design site - a duplex built in a covered area of 2300 Sq. Ft. with a plot size of 25x50.

It’s a happy feeling to hand over the keys to the client and look at the realisation of a design, that was not very long ago just a line on a piece of paper.

It’s located in Raipur, Dehradun.

Designing and Executioon work completed at Shivani Makeup Studio, Kotdwar. Had a great time working on this.

May all the doors you open (in life), the lights switch themselves on! Until that happens, there’s always proximity-sensing lighting for your wardrobes!!

Media and Storage Unit with a Functional Worktop (Pinewood Finish) - Concept for Abhimanyu Cricket Academy, Dehradun.
A space saving design concept that counts on functionality to incorporate an almirah, a fridge (under counter), a luggage rack (open space) and a TV amount with Black Lacquered Glass for minimum disruption to the viewer.

After a long and tiring day of practise the players look forward to a space that gives them a warm welcome and prepares them for the next day with a good night sleep.

As we all know that the winters are here and there are actually a few tips which can help you in keeping cosy and warm!

1. Add fabric and decor that incorporate wool, faux fur, velvet or even sheepskin and pamper yourself with things that accentuate visual warmth as well.

2. Window dressings, drapes and blinds go a long way in insulating your house and also help in saving up on energy costs!

3. Rugs! Rugs! Rugs!

4. Add extra layers of bedding with quilt covers and comforters and give that warm and fuzzy look to your space which one craves for in winters.

5. Anything that's made of natural wood as it gives your interiors an inviting and warm look.

And adding a piece of an interesting lighting in the corners (preferably and understandably in warm white!) also helps greatly in warding off the evil chilling winters!
