Strength training has its benefits, but so do flexibility work,bodyweight exercises, and machines. Flexibility gives you the range of motion; without it, movement becomes restricted and can eventually break you. Bodyweight exercises give you the freedom to train anywhere with whatever resources are available. Machines have their benefits too—they are easy to use and work well as gap-fillers to target specific muscles.
Don’t be like an old tree standing stiff and straight—be one that bends and moves with the wind.

When individuals inquire about my training age ,I am always happy to share . I started when I was just 14 years old ,and I have been committed to learning and growing ever since .
