टायफाइड

यदि आपको कभी टाइफाइड बुखार हुआ हो और आपने 7 दिन या 15 दिन एलोपैथ की गोलियां खाकर उसे ठीक कर लिया हो तो ज्यादा खुश होने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि यह एक शुरुआत है ।

अब यह हर साल होगा, फिर साल में दो बार हुआ करेगा और फिर साल में तीन बार हुआ करेगा क्योंकि एलोपैथ (अंग्रेजी) दवा केवल उसे दबाती है शरीर से, आँतों से निकालती नहीं ।

यह गोली खून भी साफ़ करती है । तभी तो यह जीवन भर बुखार न आने की गारंटी है । टाइफाइड की तो यह दुश्मन है । जिसने इसे प्रयोग कर लिया वो जीवन भर केवल और केवल इसी का गुणगान करेगा।

व्हीट ग्रास / गेंहू के ज्वारे

गेहूं के जवारे को आम गेहूं अनाज से उगाया जाता है। वर्षों से गेहूं के जवारे के रस को एक शक्तिशाली पेय के रूप में जाना गया है। गेहूं के जवारे कई खनिजों, विटामिन, और जिगर एंजाइमों का एक बड़ा स्रोत है। गेहूं के जवारे में विटामिन ए, विटामिन सी, विटामिन ई, विटामिन के, और बी शामिल हैं। यह पोटेशियम, आहार फाइबर, थायामिन, राइबोफ़्लिविन, नियासिन, विटामिन बी 6, पैंटोथेनिक एसिड, लोहा, जस्ता, तांबे, मैंगनीज और सेलेनियम का भी स्रोत है।
