✨ CRISPY HIGH PROTEIN TIKKI 😍🔥
Made with paneer, potato & chickpeas 💪🌿
Healthy • Filling • Super Delicious 🤤
❌ No deep frying

🥔🧀 Ingredients:
• 2 boiled potatoes
• 1 cup boiled chickpeas
• 100g paneer
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 green chillies 🌶️
• Fresh coriander 🌿
• Salt, chilli powder, jeera powder & chaat masala
• Bread crumbs for coating ✨
• 1-2 tsp oil
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Mash potatoes, chickpeas & paneer together.
2️⃣ Add onion, green chilli, coriander & spices.
3️⃣ Make tikki shapes & coat them with bread crumbs for that extra crispy texture 😍✨
🔥 2 WAYS TO MAKE IT 🔥
🥘 OPTION 1: TAWA METHOD
• Heat a non-stick tawa
• Brush little oil
• Cook tikki from both sides until golden & crispy ✨
⚡ OPTION 2: MICROWAVE/OVEN BAKED METHOD
• Preheat oven/microwave convection at 180°C
• Place tikki on baking tray
• Brush little oil on top
• Bake for 15-20 mins & flip halfway
• Bake till crispy & golden 🤤🔥
🌿 Serve hot with mint chutney or curd dip 💚
