As a wellness coach, I always guide others to nourish their mind and soul through some or the other recreation activities which makes them feel good. But for me duty towards self is the primary objective of being into this profession. I believe that doing what you love is the key for younger and longer life. Here are some activities which keep me happy all the time.
1- Self-Reflection- Every day I take out time to meditate and reflect on previous day routine .Also I write 10 positive points every day to practice mindfulness.
2- Singing & Dancing -Since childhood I love singing and dancing. No matter what I always take out time for these activities. Here is my recent pic participating in society event.
3- Reading motivational and inspirational books which teach many life lessons are one of my recent hobby developed since past 2 years. Here is my favourite corner.
4- I have secret desire of learning eye makeup. I keep on learning it through various resources and practice on myself.
This is my way of self- care.

Keep Calm & Part On
Although I am not a party animal but I love dressing up in different party dresses. I love experimenting with new outfits and accessorries because dressing up makes me feel good. I love wearing indian/ western both the outfit. Also when it comes to makeup, I always put make up which is light and subtle. Below are some of the pictures which shows my style of dressing.

Skin Is Your Best Accessory
I truly believe that skin is our best accessory. Here is my skin care regime which helps me to maintain my skin well and keeps it smooth and shiny every day.
1- I use different kind of homemade masks every day. Some of the combinations which I use to prepare these masks.
• Banana + Honey
• Besan+ Curd+ Pinch of Turmeric + Rose Water
• Multani Mitti + Rose Water
2- Before going to bed I follow CTM (Cleansing, toning, Moisturising). Here are the products.
3- Apart from this I make sure that I drink minimum 3 Litres of water every day and do any physical activity that makes me sweat. The more I sweat, the clearer is my skin.

“Make Fitness a habit”
Being a healthcare professional, fitness has always been a top priority for me. I strongly feel that fitness is not just about being physically fit but along with that mental fitness is equally important to me.
Below is my routine which keeps me fit and most importantly nourishes my mind, body and soul altogether.
1- I do “Yoga” every day for an hour which includes conditioning, Suksham Vyayam, Asana and NSDR (Non Sleep deep relaxation) which provides me strength, flexibly and endurance.
2- Walking for minimum 45 minutes every day rejuvenates my mind.
3- I meditate in the morning and do Pranayams like Sheetali, Brahmari and Chandra bhedan for mental relaxation and sound sleep.
4- Apart from these physical activities I keep myself away from junk and outside food and eat home made fresh food which includes more of seasonal fruits and vegetables with nuts and seeds.
5- Last but not the least I maintain a journal to keep track on all my activities during the day which helps me making more organized and result oriented.
