🍪Do you, without realising, binge on biscuits with your tea/ coffee? ☕

🍪Biscuit packagings can be quite convincing that they are digestive, sugar free & healthy but it's essential that we take a look at the nutrition facts before binging on them. They usually end up having a lot of maida, saturated fats, sugar, salt, stabilizing agents, emulsifiers etc. which are unhealthy for our body.

🍪Working from home and the elevated stress levels have enabled munching mindlessly and, more often than not, biscuits are a convenient choice.

🌱Instead of having these supposedly healthy/ digestive biscuits that are processed, try these homemade tea time snacks- roasted makhana, pumpkin seeds, trail mix, baked khakhras, roasted chana, etc.
