CHEST/PEC(Lower chest) has two muscles pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.
When it comes to the chest we are talking about pectoralis major. Pectoralis major is the muscle responsible for the thickness and bulk of the overall chest. Pectoralis minor is the muscle which is below the pectoralis major and a small muscle which is responsible for increasing the width of the overall chest.
We basically only have two heads(perhaps three):-
∆Clavicular Head(Upper chest)
∆Sternal Head(Middle chest/Lower chest)
∆Abdominal Head(Lower Chest)

It is the head above the abdomen region.
Doing exercise of lower chest gives the definition to the chest.

•Decline dumbell press- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
•Decline dumbell fly-3 sets of 10-15 reps
•High to low cable fly-3 sets of 10-15 reps
•Chest dips- 3 sets of 8-10 reps

The sternal head is the part which is highlighted with red.
It is the largest head of the chest.
