As we all know running is the best exercise for all of us and we all need to do that regularly. Running is one of the best and effected exercises we need to perform it regularly. If we do it regularly we feel fit and active all-day. If we run at least 15-20 minutes we feel energetic. Running is one of the best exercises to get out of the problem of obesity. If you are running regularly you can overcome the problem of obesity and it will also maintain your body weight. People think that if we start dieting or if we stop eating food than we can control our body weight or obesity, but this is not the solution to the problem. We also need to eat food but at the less amount and also need to perform regular exercise to overcome the problem of obesity. So in my opinion Running is the best exercise because it works on your whole body parts.
