PCOS/PMOS doesnât always start with missed periods.
Sometimes, your skin, face, and hair start showing signs long before you realize something is off.
â ď¸ Uneven or rough skin texture
â ď¸ Unexplained facial puffiness
â ď¸ Dark patches on the neck, knuckles, or skin folds
â ď¸ Hair thinning and excessive hair fall
These symptoms may be linked to hormonal imbalance, elevated androgen levels, and insulin resistance common factors associated with PCOS/PMOS.
While these signs donât confirm a diagnosis, they are worth paying attention to.
If you relate to multiple symptoms, consult a gynecologist and get the right tests done. Early awareness can make a big difference. đ

It begins with conversations.
With awareness.
With people willing to listen, understand, and support.
