The final stop of Period Parade brought us to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai… and this city helped us complete something truly special. ❤️

700 signed oaths.
700 people who chose to stand for period awareness, conversations, and change.

What started as a challenge across Mumbai slowly became a movement carried forward by strangers, families, students, shopkeepers, and countless voices who wanted to be part of something meaningful.

And because Mumbai showed up for us, we were able to distribute ₹1 lakh worth of period panties. ❤️

This World Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re reminded that change doesn’t begin with big speeches.
It begins with conversations.
With awareness.
With people willing to listen, understand, and support.

Thank you, Mumbai, for walking with us through every stop of the Period Parade. ✨

Part 3 of Period Parade brought us to the Gateway of India and honestly, the love and support here felt unreal. ❤️

People didn’t just stop to watch, they genuinely wanted to be part of the movement.

From strangers walking up to take the Signed Oath, to families, friends, and locals joining the conversation so openly the response made this stop incredibly special.

With every hand stamp, we moved closer to our goal.

And now… we’ve completed 629 signed oaths. ✋
Just a few more left before we complete the challenge.

The energy, warmth, and participation at Gateway reminded us why conversations like these matter so much.

Our final stop is Navi Mumbai. 👀

From shopkeeper uncles who are running the market for years, to strangers who stopped, listened, and joined the movement — the response felt deeply personal. ❤️

What started as a challenge slowly started becoming a conversation people genuinely wanted to be part of.

With every hand stamp, every verbal oath, and every story shared, we moved one step closer to our goal.

367 out of 700 signed oaths completed. ✋

And honestly, seeing men openly talk about periods, support the women in their lives, and participate without hesitation made this stop even more special.

For years, women were taught to manage periods quietly.
Without asking for help.
Without expecting understanding.

So when we asked women, “Ghar ke men help karte hai kya?”
the answers carried more than just “yes” or “no.”

They carried stories of fathers buying pads for the first time.
Brothers learning to understand mood swings instead of mocking them.
Partners making sure they felt cared for during difficult days.

Because support during periods isn’t a grand gesture.
It’s in the small moments where women feel seen, understood, and not alone. 🩸❤️

From 23rd–25th May, we’re taking the Period Parade across Mumbai to bring these conversations into public spaces, because periods should never be met with silence, discomfort, or shame.

Some answers were hesitant.
Some came with awkward smiles.
But many came with understanding, support, and care. 🩸

We asked men about periods… and how they support the women around them.

Because support isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s simply listening, helping, and showing up when it matters.

From 23rd–25th May, we’re taking the Period Parade across Mumbai to bring real conversations around periods into everyday spaces.

Some first periods brought fear.
Some brought confusion.
But every story deserves to be heard. ❤️

We went across Mumbai listening to women share their very first period memories — raw, real, and deeply personal.

Join our Period Parade from 23rd–25th May as we spread awareness, conversations, and support across the city. 🩸✨

This is more than just a name change.
PCOS being renamed to PMOS is a huge shift in how women’s health is finally being understood.

For years, so many women were told it’s “just irregular periods” or “just cysts.”
But this condition affects hormones, metabolism, insulin, energy, skin, weight, mental health, and so much more.

The new name finally reflects the full reality of what women have been experiencing for years.

PMOS = Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome
A whole-body condition, not just an “ovary issue.”

This change won’t fix everything overnight…
but it’s a step toward better understanding, better conversations, and hopefully better care. 💙

What are your thoughts on this change?
