Twenty years ago, after completing my Master's, I began my journey as a dietitian in a hospital. However, the approach of handing out pre-made diet plans did not resonate with me. It made no significant change in the patient's lives nor fulfilled my professional aspirations.

Driven by a desire to make a real impact, I started my own consultations.

My mission was to help working professionals achieve remarkable health transformations by guiding, handholding, and empowering them.

When you love what you do, work becomes effortless and enjoyable. It doesn’t feel like work; it becomes a passion.
