I won't make my clients go through what i haven't done myself.
28 DAYS STREET FIGHTER SHRED RESULT.
What it took me to reach here ?
- 28 days of consistent workout ( AVG 30-40 min) at home each day (no equipment)
- clean and healthy eating (no fad diet) just eating mindfully -- being honest i ate crap so many times over these 28 days but don't copy me (everyone has different metabolism & body type) Try it yourself and see what works for you.
- 4 mobility and 3 core specific workouts - anyway the whole programme will work on your core from every angleπ
- Dynamic and static stretches everyday to prepare me for the workout
- 2 strength training session ( not included in programme) - i love weight training so modified this programme accordingly.
