अगर शरीर में protein कम हो रहा है, तो ये signs दिख सकते हैं:

-बार-बार कमजोरी या थकान महसूस होना
-muscles धीरे-धीरे कम होना (body ढीली लगना)

“Empty stomach running करना सही है या नहीं?”

इसका जवाब पूरी तरह “हाँ” या “नहीं” नहीं है — यह आपकी body, goal और running intensity पर depend करता है।

1️⃣ Empty stomach running के फायदे

अगर आप हल्की-फुल्की running / jogging (20–40 min) करते हैं तो कुछ फायदे हो सकते हैं:

• Fat burning थोड़ा बढ़ सकता है
जब पेट खाली होता है तो body energy के लिए stored fat का use ज़्यादा करती है।

• Weight loss में मदद
कई लोगों को सुबह खाली पेट cardio करने से fat loss में फायदा मिलता है।

• पेट हल्का रहता है
Running करते समय heavy feel नहीं होता।

2️⃣ Empty stomach running के नुकसान
