We participated in Community Facilitators' Training workshops conducted by Fair Trade Forum-India, under the STREE Program at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The training program covered different subjects, including Design Thinking, Digital and Financial Literacy as well as Communication Skills. The workshops enabled the participants to understand the current state of the handicraft industry, role of the product quality and the value of marketing and storytelling in gaining customers. We also learned more about business growth through the use of technology and digital components, including social media websites, emails, blogs and e-commerce websites.

These artisans, with their keen eye for design and a profound understanding of textures, gives the leather a character and depth. The precision with which they create intricate patterns showcases not just technical skill but also a deep-rooted passion for their craft. In the world of fashion and design, these artisans weave stories through their work, leaving an indelible mark of elegance and sophistication.
