Sweet, floral and tangy in taste, this red tea is one of my favorite little rituals. It's simple, soothing, and secretly works on your skin + hair while you sip. 🌺

Drink it daily or every other day. You can serve it chilled too! And the best time to have it is morning and early afternoon. Avoid late at night since it's a diuretic and you wouldn't want extra bathroom trips.
