INSOMNIA is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and staying asleep. It may cause to wake up too early and not being able to get back to sleep.

SYMPTOMS:
* Not feeling well-rested, daytime tiredness or sleepiness
* Irritability, depression or anxiety
* Difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks or remembering
HELPFUL HABITS:
* Consistent bedtime and wake time, including weekends
* Stay active. Regular activity promotes a good night’s sleep
* Check your medications to see if they may contribute to insomnia
* Avoid/limit naps at daytime
* Avoid/limit caffeine, alcohol and ni****ne intake
* Avoid large meals and beverages before bedtime
* Make your bedroom comfortable for sleep. Your mattress pillow should be comfortable. Room temperature should be normal.
* Bedtime rituals like, a warm bath, reading or listening to soft music and practising meditation relaxes the mind and body.
* Limit your screen time. Leave your cell phone before an hour of sleep.
* Stop overthinking at night. It will overactivate your brain
Some therapies like COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY helps to manage insomnia. It identifies and corrects inappropriate thoughts and beliefs that may contribute to INSOMNIA.

"AN EARLY MORNING WALK IS A BLESSING FOR THE WHOLE DAY"
Many modern devices set a daily goal of 10000 steps for a healthy life. But for regular life it is a bit lot. Researchers revealed that for a normal and healthy lifestyle a daily goal of 6700 steps for female adults and 8200 steps for male adults is necessary among which half of the steps to be covered within the morning walk. Proper rest and walk on a regular basis with proper spaced intervals results in better blood circulation and proper growth of our body. And for the present condition I must say to go for a walk in a lonely place and to avoid mask during walking. Thank You!
