एक नोटिस और बिखर गया रामदेव की कंपनी का शेयर, बेचकर निकलने लगे निवेशकपतंजलि फूड्स के शेयर में 4 फीसदी से ज्यादा की गिरावट आई और यह 1500 रुपये के नीचे आ गया। हालांकि, कारोबार के अंत में शेयर एक दिन पहले के मुकाबले 3.41% लुढ़कर कर 1510.25 रुपये पर बंद हुआ।

Patanjali foods share: योगगुरु रामदेव की मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। बीते कुछ दिनों में रामदेव को भ्रामक विज्ञापन मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की फटकार सुननी पड़ी है तो उनकी कंपनियों पर भी कई तरह के एक्शन लिए गए हैं। इस माहौल के बीच रामदेव की लिस्टेड कंपनी- पतंजलि फूड्स लिमिटेड के निवेशकों को भी बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है।

बीते मंगलवार को पतंजलि फूड्स लिमिटेड के शेयर में 4 फीसदी से ज्यादा की गिरावट आई और यह 1500 रुपये के नीचे आ गया। हालांकि, कारोबार के अंत में शेयर एक दिन पहले के मुकाबले 3.41% लुढ़कर कर 1510.25 रुपये पर बंद हुआ। बता दें कि बुधवार को महाराष्ट्र दिवस की वजह से शेयर बाजार बंद था।
गिरावट की वजह

दरअसल, पतंजलि फूड्स को माल एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) आसूचना विभाग ने कारण बताओ नोटिस भेजकर कंपनी से यह बताने को कहा है कि उससे 27.46 करोड़ रुपये का इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट क्यों नहीं वसूला जाना चाहिए। पतंजलि आयुर्वेद समूह की कंपनी को जीएसटी आसूचना महानिदेशालय, चंडीगढ़ जोनल यूनिट से नोटिस मिला है। विभाग ने एकीकृत माल एवं सेवा कर (आईजीएसटी) अधिनियम, 2017 की धारा 20 के साथ पठित केंद्रीय माल एवं सेवा अधिनियम, 2017 और उत्तराखंड राज्य माल एवं सेवा अधिनियम, 2017 की धारा 74 और अन्य लागू प्रावधानों का हवाला देते हुए नोटिस दिया है।
कंपनी का प्लान

बता दें कि यह कंपनी मुख्य रूप से खाद्य तेल व्यवसाय में है। बीते दिनों ये भी खबर आई कि पतंजलि फूड्स अपने प्रमोटर समूह पतंजलि आयुर्वेद के गैर-खाद्य कारोबार का अधिग्रहण करने के प्रस्ताव का मूल्यांकन कर रही है। हालांकि कंपनी ने गैर-खाद्य उत्पादों की उसका जिक्र नहीं किया है जिनका वह अधिग्रहण करने के बारे में सोच रही है।
