Each 90-minute workshop will be interactive, technical, personal and full of insight, humour and real learning.

Shoulder & Neck Relief, Alignment + Mobility

Led by Bhanu Partap Singh, a globally experienced Iyengar teacher who has been teaching internationally for over 20 years across Singapore, the United Kingdom, Taiwan and Vietnam.
This workshop focuses on one of the most neglected areas of modern movement health — the neck, shoulders and upper spine.
Designed for people experiencing stiffness, recurring discomfort, postural fatigue, restricted mobility, desk-body tension or stress accumulation around the upper body, the session combines therapeutic precision with deep structural understanding rooted in the Iyengar method.
This is not a generic yoga class.
It is a highly detailed alignment-based workshop built around intelligent movement, correction and awareness.
The workshop will explore:
