यह सभी प्रकार के जोड़ों के दर्द के लिए बेहतर उपाय है। तिल का तेल, सरसों का तेल, अरंडी का तेल (castor oil )कुछ ऐसे तेल हैं जो रसोई में आसानी से उपलब्ध होते हैं जिन्हें दर्द से राहत के लिए जोड़ों पर लगाया जा सकता है।

हल्दी दूध (Turmeric Milk)

घुटनों या अन्य जोड़ों के दर्द में हल्दी दूध का सेवन भी काफी आराम देता है. एक ग्लास गर्म दूध में आधा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर मिलाकर, रात को सोने से पहले पीने से दर्द से राहत मिलती है. हल्दी पाउडर की जगह अगर आप कच्ची हल्दी को पीसकर दूध में मिलाकर पीते हैं, तो और भी जल्दी आराम मिलता है.

सामिग्री
1या आधा छोटा चम्‍मच काली मिर्च
1 छोटा चम्‍मच जीरा
1 छोटा चम्‍मच - मेथी दाना

इसे बनाने के लिए:-
1. सबसे पहले हम मेथी को मिक्‍सर जार में डालकर ग्राइडन करेंगे।
2.उसके बाद इसे छन्नी की मदद से एक बार छान लेंगे। और फिर इसे एक अलग कटोरे में रख लेंगे।
3.अब काली मिर्च के दानों को मिक्‍सी में पीसकर उसके पावडर को छान लेंगे।
4.अब आखिर में हम जीरे को भी ग्राइंड कर लेंगे और पाउडर को छान कर कटोरे में रख लेंगे।
5.अब इन सभी पावडर को एक साथ मिक्‍स करें और एक एयर टाइट कंटेनर में डाल दें।
अब एक गिलास पानी में आधा चम्‍मच तैयार पावडर डालें।
6.इसे अच्‍छी तहर से मिक्‍स करें और लीजिये आपका डिंक पीने के लिए तैयार है।
यह ड्रिंक आपको थोड़ा सा तीखा लग सकता है इसलिये अगर आप चाहें तो इसमें थोड़ा सा गुड मिक्‍स कर सकते हैं।

While almost any exercise will help, low-impact exercises that focus on strengthening the legs, hips and core are recommended, such as:
Swimming
Strength training
Cycling
Yoga Walking

2. Lose weight to reduce pressure on your knees
Our knees support us whenever we walk, sit or stand. They take a lot of wear and tear throughout our lives. If you're overweight, losing weight can help make your knees' work easier.

Even losing 10% of your body weight can help alleviate knee pain. One pound lost can eliminate four pounds of pressure on your knees.

3. Physical therapy to target knee pain
Knee pain can affect your strength, balance and mobility. If knee pain has stopped you from doing something you enjoy, physical therapy may be able to help you get back to it.

4. Joint supplements

Some people with knee pain take nutritional supplements called glucosamine . This substance is found in cartilage, and this helps to maintain cartilage structure and slow cartilage deterioration in joints.

Supplements in higher doses have been shown to reduce pain for about 60% of the people who take them. While this isn't significantly high, for some it is worth a try as an alternative to surgery. Because they are used by your body to make cartilage, it may take up to 6 weeks to notice a difference.
