हिन्दी दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितम्बर को मनाया जाता है।
14 सितम्बर 1949 को संविधान सभा ने यह निर्णय लिया कि हिन्दी केन्द्र सरकार की आधिकारिक भाषा होगी। क्योंकि भारत मे अधिकतर क्षेत्रों में ज्यादातर हिन्दी भाषा बोली जाती थी इसलिए हिन्दी को राजभाषा बनाने का निर्णय लिया और इसी निर्णय के महत्व को प्रतिपादित करने तथा हिन्दी को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में प्रसारित करने के लिये 14 सितम्बर 1953 से प्रतिवर्ष हिन्दी-दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।

This is such a powerful picture. 🤪🙃

We spend money + time on artificial and temporary things that make ourselves externally more flawless and happy, but for short span..

Being healthy is not only about how hou look outside but is also about your mindset, how you talk to yourself and your thoughts about yourself and life. It is about how you live life as well as what your diet consists of, if you are stressed, how much water you are drinking, how much sleep you are getting and of course whether you exercise or not.

"A healthy lifestyle consists of mental health, social health, physical health and even emotional health, spiritual health and environmental health"!

BUT...we say it’s “too expensive” to take care of OUR INSIDE. 🙅🏼‍♀️

We often say we were too busy to exercise. 🏃🏽‍♀️
We spend massive amounts of money on the external, yet we say we cannot afford to go to the gym, use nutrition, eat clean... or give ourselves 30 days in an accountability challenge.

You only get ONE body. How long do you want it to last?
