Hair getting oily way too quickly?

Double shampooing, harsh shampoos & scalp training may not be the solution if your scalp has oil, buildup and dead skin sitting on it.

That’s why I’ve added scalp exfoliation to my routine. 🤍

I’ve been using the Days Ahead Pre-Wash Serum with glycolic acid, salicylic acid & niacinamide, and after just 2 washes, my scalp felt deeply clean and my hair stayed fresher for longer! ✨

Sometimes your scalp doesn’t need more washing, it needs better care. 🫶🏻

Save this if you have an oily scalp!

5 supplements every bride-to-be should know about before her wedding ✨👰🏻‍♀️

Your wedding prep isn’t just about skincare, hair treatments and facials. What you’re putting into your body matters too. 🤍

✨ Iron — especially important if your iron levels are low; supports healthy hair, skin and energy.

✨ Collagen — can support skin elasticity and hydration, while also supporting hair and nails.

✨ Vitamin D — important for overall health and can be especially worth checking if you spend most of your time indoors.

✨ Omega-3 — supports overall health and healthy-looking skin and hair.

✨ B-Complex — helps support energy metabolism and normal cell function.

But remember: supplements aren’t a one-size-fits-all checklist. Ideally, get your levels checked and speak to your doctor before starting anything — especially iron. 💗

Save this for your bridal prep era ✨
And send it to a bride-to-be who needs to see this! 👰🏻‍♀️🤍

Monsoon hair needs a slightly different routine 🌧️💆🏻‍♀️

If your scalp feels greasy, your hair gets frizzy or you’re dealing with buildup, try these 3 simple hacks:

1️⃣ Switch to a lightweight scalp oil — avoid heavy oils that can leave your scalp feeling greasy and weighed down.

2️⃣ Mist your hair with a little water before oiling — slightly damp hair helps you spread the oil more evenly without needing too much.

3️⃣ Add a clarifying shampoo — use it occasionally to remove excess oil, product buildup and impurities that can accumulate during humid weather.

Small changes, but they can make your monsoon haircare routine so much easier. ✨

250 conditioner that performs like a ₹3000 one? 👀✨

If you have dry, rough, frizzy or unmanageable hair, this conditioner is definitely worth trying. The melting pearls formula leaves hair feeling soft, smooth, detangled and more manageable after wash day.

Sometimes, you really don’t need to spend a fortune on haircare. 🤌🏻

Comment for links 🔗 Your hair doesn’t need the same kind of care every single day — each concern needs its own routine. ✨

🌱 For hair growth:
Everyday — gentle scalp massage/combing to stimulate the scalp
Once a week — scalp oiling
Once in a while — a professional scalp treatment to give your scalp some extra care

🧴 For scalp care:
Everyday — a lightweight scalp serum
Once a week — scalp cleansing/exfoliation
Once in a while — a professional scalp detox to remove buildup and refresh the scalp

✨ For damage control:
Everyday — leave-in/night care to keep the lengths moisturised
Once a week — a deep-conditioning hair mask
Once in a while — trim those damaged, split ends

Because healthy hair isn’t about doing everything every day — it’s about knowing what your hair needs and when. 🤎

4 hair habits I am never quitting… ✨💇‍♀️👇

Haircare and promoting healthy hair growth is definitely a long process, but making these 4 simple swaps a part of my consistent routine has completely changed my hair texture and density.

If your hair length feels completely stuck, save this post and try these non-negotiable switches:

1️⃣ The Wooden Comb: Way gentler than plastic brushes that snap fragile strands. I comb for 5-6 minutes every single morning to stimulate scalp circulation and evenly distribute natural oils from root to tip.
2️⃣ Follicle Support (Hair Growth Serum): Applying this consistently every night gives the roots the active push they need to stay in the growing phase longer and drastically reduce hair fall.
3️⃣ Scalp Restore Oil Massage: Twice a week, I dedicate time to deeply massage a restorative oil into my roots. It deeply nourishes the follicles, treats scalp dryness, and wakes up the hair bulbs.
4️⃣ Overnight Protection (Satin Bonnet or Wrap): Cotton pillowcases act like fine sandpaper, stripping moisture and causing friction knots while you sleep. A satin bonnet locks in all your nighttime products and prevents morning frizz.

Consistency is absolutely everything when it comes to your hair! 🧬💖

Not every popular hair care habit is actually good for your hair 👀✨

From sleeping with wet hair and brushing wet hair to double shampooing, hair oiling and regular trims, these small habits can make a difference to your overall hair health, hair strength and hair texture.

If you’re trying to build a simple hair care routine for healthy, shiny and manageable hair, start by getting these basics right. You don’t always need more products — sometimes, changing the way you care for your hair is enough. 🤍

If you’re a November bride-to-be, this is one simple habit you can start today. ✨🤍

This morning drink is made with:
🍈 2 amlas
🫚 1 inch ginger
🍋 Juice of ½ lemon

Amla is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, which supports collagen production and contributes to healthy skin and hair. Ginger contains natural plant compounds with antioxidant properties, while lemon adds a refreshing dose of vitamin C and flavor.

I personally drink it with the pulp to get the extra fiber, but you can strain it if that’s your preference.

Remember, no drink can magically transform your skin or hair overnight. Your glow comes from a combination of good nutrition, adequate protein, hydration, quality sleep, stress management, and a consistent skincare and haircare routine. Think of this as one small habit that can support those efforts.

Save this reel so you can start today, and share it with a bride-to-be who’s getting married this November! 💍
