Period Positivity: Conversations that make a difference.

25 women and girls came together at our Vikaspuri Pink Centre for an open conversation on menstrual health and hygiene, as part of our Period Positivity Campaign with Unicharm India.

No myths, no shame, just simple information to help women and girls manage their periods with greater confidence.

Thank you, Sukhwal. for making these conversations so meaningful.

And we are only getting started. Next, our trainers are taking these conversations to anganwadis, schools and community spaces reaching more girls with the right knowledge.

There's something special about putting on a uniform you helped create.

Every year, our PVR NEST team proudly wears shades of red and pink, colours of strength and pride. Each uniform is thoughtfully designed and stitched by our own Stitching & Sewing team, from procuring the fabric to the final stitch, while creating meaningful livelihood opportunities for our students and women from the community.

A big thank you to Asha Ram And Sons Pvt. Ltd. , Mr. Aksh*t Gupta, and Ms. Kavya Gupta for their continued support in making this possible year after year.

Breaking myths. Starting conversations. Building a Period-Positive future.

As the second step of our Period Positivity Campaign with Unicharm India, Master Trainers from all 10 PVR NEST centres came together at Garima Grih, Kirti Nagar, for a workshop led by Ms. Ankita Sukhwal on menstrual health, hygiene, nutrition, period myths, and healthy, stigma-free practices.

Now, they're heading back to their communities to share what they have learned, helping women, girls and boys break old myths, and make periods a conversation that's met with confidence, not hesitation.

Sometimes, the biggest step is simply saying, "I'll give this a try."

Last week, Digital Empowerment Foundation Digital Empowerment Foundation welcomed our PVR NEST cohorts and the women and girls from our neighbourhood communities for a digital skills training programme.

For many, it was their first formal training experience and a new learning opportunity.

From computer basics and AI to digital payments and everyday online services, every session encouraged participants to ask questions, explore new ideas and build practical skills.

A heartfelt thank you to DEF for partnering with us, and to their wonderful trainers for creating such an engaging learning experience.

As participants received their certificates, they left with new skills, greater confidence and the belief that they can keep learning, growing and embracing new opportunities.
