Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing our e-commerce accounts, promoting our products on various online portals, and executing effective social media influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a proven track record of increasing online visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize listings on various e-commerce portals (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Handle day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Collaborate with social media influencers to create and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Develop and execute SMO strategies to enhance brand presence on social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, and SMO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts and online marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SMO principles and best practices.
• Experience with social media influencer marketing and building partnerships.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
