Carbs are the primary source of energy for your body to function. All carbs are not bad for you.
Complex carbs have more fibre and release sugar slower than the simple carbs. It is advisable to inlcude more of complex carbs in your diet and eliminate the latter.

As you know we closed our food kitchen when lockdown began. But our mission to reverse diabetes, reverse chronic diseases and improve life remained the same.

Now we have pioneered new ways to do this virtually, and have rebranded LifeHeal with a new logo and a better way to bring good health.
