“Could we improve our fertility before trying again?” That was their goal.
She came to NewKind with 35-day cycles, 7 days of heavy bleeding, significant pain every month and small fibroids. She had also previously undergone an ovulation-trigger cycle in April 2026.
Her husband had no major fertility concerns, with normal parameters across his evaluation. So instead of assuming they needed to move straight into another treatment, we looked at what could be improved and supported before trying again.
For her, the focus was on supporting her menstrual and reproductive health, while working on nutrition, movement, lifestyle and personalised nutritional support.
For him, the focus wasn’t on treating a fertility problem. His parameters were normal, so the goal was simply to maintain good nutrition, movement and healthy lifestyle habits that support overall reproductive health.
Throughout the process, we worked alongside their treating doctor and focused on supporting the areas that were relevant to their individual needs.
70 days after joining the program, they conceived naturally.
Because fertility care isn’t always about finding something wrong. Sometimes, it’s about asking: “What can we improve before we try again?”
At NewKind, we believe that means looking at the whole picture, understanding what each partner needs, and supporting the body before conception.
If you’re dealing with heavy bleeding, painful periods, fibroids, longer cycles or simply want to prepare before trying again, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Your fertility journey deserves personalised support.

👉🏻 Could microplastics be affecting your fertility?
↪️ Microplastics are tiny plastic particles that can enter our bodies through food, water and the air we breathe. Researchers have also detected them in human reproductive tissues.
🧬 The concern goes beyond the particles themselves. Some plastics contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) like BPA and phthalates, which can interfere with hormonal signalling.
‼️ Emerging research is investigating their potential effects on hormone balance, oxidative stress, inflammation, s***m health and ovarian function. While human research is still developing, reducing unnecessary exposure is a sensible step where possible.
💡 You don’t need to panic or eliminate every plastic item from your life. Simple swaps, like avoiding heating food in plastic and using glass or stainless steel when practical, can help reduce exposure.
At NewKind Fertility, we believe fertility health is about looking at the whole picture, including the everyday environmental factors that may influence reproductive health. 🩵

👉🏻 If you’re trying to lose weight, cutting out carbs completely isn’t necessarily the answer.
↪️ Rice, roti, oats, fruits and other carbohydrate-rich foods can all be part of a balanced diet. What matters is the type of carbohydrate, the portion, how often you’re eating it, and what the rest of your diet looks like.
🥗 Highly refined foods, sugary drinks, sweets and pastries are different from whole grains, legumes, vegetables and fruits, which provide fibre and other important nutrients.
‼️ And when you’re trying to conceive, we don’t want nutrition to become another source of restriction, fear or guilt.
💬 At NewKind Fertility, we look at your complete picture before deciding what your nutrition should look like: your health, reports, lifestyle, goals and even the foods you enjoy.
Because a good nutrition plan should support your health and fit into your life, not make you afraid of food. 🩵

👉🏻 If you’re 35+ and trying to conceive, the first thing to know is this: 35 does not mean it’s too late.
↪️ Fertility does change with age. Egg quantity and quality decline over time, and s***m parameters can also change with age and other lifestyle factors.
But that doesn’t mean pregnancy is no longer possible.
💗 Many couples conceive in their mid-to-late 30s and beyond. What matters is understanding your individual fertility picture and not letting age alone decide what your journey should look like.
🫵🏻 If you’re 35+ and trying to conceive, don’t just guess or wait without a plan.
Get the right evaluation for both partners, understand what may be affecting your fertility, and give yourself the opportunity to address the factors that can be worked on.
✨ Nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, metabolic health, s***m health, egg health and appropriate medical care can all be part of a well-rounded fertility journey.
Because being 35+ doesn’t mean you’re out of time. It means your fertility deserves attention, not assumptions.

👉🏻 Fertility care can start to feel like a list of things you have to “track” ⟶ ovulation, exercise, stress, nutrition, consultations, reports, supplements and everything in between.
↪️ But improving your fertility health shouldn’t mean managing ten different things on your own.
💬 Your nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, metabolic health and medical care are all connected. Looking at them together can help create a more supportive environment for reproductive health.
🫵🏻 That’s why we created the NewKind 3 Month Fertility Program, bringing personalised nutrition, movement, stress management, medical guidance and lifestyle support into one structured program.
Because fertility care shouldn’t feel like another full time job. It should feel like having the right support, all in one place. 🩵

👉🏻 When you’re trying to conceive, stress isn’t something you can simply “stop thinking about.”
↪️ The appointments, the waiting, tracking ovulation, reading every symptom, seeing negative tests, navigating fertility treatment, and wondering if this month will finally be different can take a real emotional toll.
😩 And while stress does not mean you can’t conceive, ongoing stress can affect the systems involved in reproductive health.
🫵🏻 It can influence sleep, appetite, physical activity, metabolic health, sexual wellbeing and hormonal signalling, all of which can matter when you’re trying to conceive.
💬 That’s why fertility care shouldn’t focus only on ovulation, s***m count or test results. The environment your body is functioning in matters too.
‼️ At NewKind Fertility, stress management is part of our 3-Month Fertility Program alongside personalised nutrition, movement, medical guidance and lifestyle support.
Because you don’t need to be perfectly calm to get pregnant. You deserve support through the stress, not another person telling you to “just relax.” 🩵

When you’re trying to conceive, 90 days can matter more than you think.
S***m isn’t made once and stored. Your body is constantly producing new s***m, with a full cycle of s***m production taking roughly 74–90 days.
That means the choices you make today can influence the s***m your body produces over the next few months.
Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, alcohol, smoking, metabolic health and the right medical support can all play a role in creating a healthier environment for s***m production.
At NewKind Fertility, we look beyond a single semen analysis. Our 3-Month Fertility Program is designed to support male fertility across medical care, nutrition, movement, stress management and lifestyle, based on your individual fertility markers.
Because improving s***m quality isn’t about changing everything overnight. It’s about giving your body the right support through the next 90 days.
🩵 Your next s***m cycle starts with what you do today.

Sometimes, fertility care becomes a list of things she needs to fix.
Her hormones, her diet, her stress, her cycle, her reports.
But conception involves two people. Male factors contribute to around 40–50% of infertility cases worldwide, which is why understanding both partners from the beginning matters.
At NewKind, we don’t look at fertility through the lens of blame. We look at the whole picture, including the factors that can influence s***m health and what can be optimised over time.
Because the question isn’t, “Whose fault is it?”
It’s “What can we do, together?”
That’s where better fertility care begins.

When you’re trying to conceive, it’s easy to start changing everything about the way you eat.
You might cut out carbs, start taking supplements, follow a diet you found online, or focus only on what the woman is eating.
But fertility nutrition isn’t about eating less or restricting more. It’s about giving your body the nutritional foundation it needs, consistently.
Some common mistakes couples make include:
• Thinking nutrition only matters for the woman
• Cutting out carbohydrates completely
• Relying on supplements instead of a nutrient-dense diet
• Following restrictive diets from the internet
• Eating highly processed foods too often
• Missing key nutrients like folate, iron, B12, vitamin D and omega-3s
At NewKind Fertility, we look at both partners and their individual nutritional needs, health, lifestyle and fertility goals.
Because preparing for pregnancy isn’t about finding the perfect fertility diet. It’s about building a healthier foundation for both of you.
🩵 Our 3-Month Fertility Program supports both partners with personalised nutrition, medical guidance, movement, stress management and lifestyle support, alongside their existing medical care.
