Repost: "Pregnancy can bring a
lot of changes to your body and skin and sometimes
they can also be daunting. Body changes, we feel
uncomfortable in our skin and weight and it takes time
to adjust and embrace our new selves.
In my case, I experienced numerous changes during my
postpartum period and it was mainly related to skin. So
randomly I attended a soap-making workshop with the
thought of making soaps for myself for better skin and
was very much intrigued by the process of making
soaps. Eventually, I was drawn to the creative aspect of
making them and exploring and experimenting with
different sizes, themes, shapes, and colors.
Surprisingly, my friends and family loved the soaps and then I started selling them to my circle of friends,
relatives, etc.
One fine day my cousin suggested opening a page on
Instagram to take my small soap business for further
growth. But I didn't have enough confidence as I was
not an active social media user and to set up a page
one has to click amazing pictures and at least have a
basic write-up and a target audience. So, I first created
an account and learnt the other aspects of how to
click, to write with the flow and called it The Soaptub
Co and started to upload different pictures of the
soaps and came up with various ideas regarding
shapes- like a mermaid, butterfly, flowers, cupcake,
etc. My audience loved it and I was receiving a huge
amount of love which made me motivated to create
more soaps and try out different creative ideas.
Apart from this, I am a software employee and soap
making was very much refreshing and was like an
escape from my mind blogging IT job. Me being a
creative person from the beginning, I found soap.
making interesting though I worked hard in my job.
Currently, I'm on a career break as I don't want to miss
out on my son growing and I want to be part of his
everything. I have a lifetime to work but my child is only
young once.
Everything I am doing for the soap tub. co is from my
heart and with passion satisfying my creative quotient
and it's never too late to start something you love.'

Hello people, finally showing up here after decades 🤭 with one super special hamper that I have made recently! 🎁

Some customers just leave everything on me and some are particular on what they want paying attention to every minute detail..This customer surely needs an special mention who got out the best in me and working on this hamper I surely had an amazing experience! I started with one image of this hamper and with clients inputs it got better & better and here is the final look! And tell me about the feedback I received after all that hardwork😬

Not everyone can understand or realise the work that goes behind handmade gifts and not everyone can know the worth of how special a handmade gift can be! This client surely knows and after all the appreciation that I got, working on something that I love and working on something handmade feels totally worth it and this is why I chose this! ❤️

I’m a mom of a 5 year old, trying to do things that I love and build a side hustle on my own…

I founded TSC almost 3 years ago while I was working as an SAP IT Consultant (not anymore)

I’m currently on the cusp between soap making and many other interests & abilities of mine..!

I’m open for orders but I am in my own phase - where I do everything except soap making unless I get orders🤭

Besides the above info, I make handmade soaps, curate hampers with interesting themes, share all my stories - of my day to day life & events! ☺️

It’s 1st of Dec and we are one month / 30 days away from 2022..

One thing I wanted to start in 2021 was using a planner.. Being a small business owner, a mom of 5 year old and to other multiple roles that I follow.. my mind is always cluttered with a million things and I badly needed a better way to handle these multiple things in a productive & efficient way

I purchased my first planner from

It was a amazing to track the day,week wise activities, budget, habits paired with beautiful illustrations & affirmations giving that perfect & fancy feel using it. I made sure to use it as much as I can.. carry it where ever I went (including my vacations)

Using a planner 📒 surely gave me a lot of mental clarity, reduces the burden of remembering all the items and also not forgetting all the things on my list. Not only that, tracking my habits, budget - I could see things in a bigger picture- of how regular am I, how much am I spending, how consistent am I, how many of the items am I ticking off from the list.. these points gives me insights of my overall growth & performance.

This year I started my search for the 2022 planner pretty early and narrowed down to this undated planner from “the June shop India ”
