In old indian system people average age was 100 ?now average age is 65. Old people didn’t any diseases like b.p. ,cancer,any type of body pain, diabitis, thyroid,eye problems , fissure,? They didn’t use medicine, doctors, medical? All above answers are edible oil- wooden cold pressed . Now a days we are not using correct food oil. Wooden cold pressed oil- is no chemical, less temperature,no presurevative – pure oil while at present refined oil is high temperature, chemical, presurevative in it ,whitch is totally harmful to human body .
