Prayer Can Heal and Transform
—> Prayer has an immense power to heal. Through prayer we can heal both ourselves and others—but there is one condition: the prayer must be selfless.

According to the Yoga Sutra, the energy emitted from prayer is eternal and cannot be sent forth in vain. This is also the secret of a blessing. Both intense prayer and blessing are at work in the process of an authentic spiritual initiation.

Prayer is a means of unfolding our own willpower and connecting ourselves with the Divine within. It is an invisible thread of sounds connecting the individual with the Supreme, and it is strengthened when spun with feelings of faith, love, and total surrender.

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

Meaning:
1: Om, (O Lord) Keep me not in (the Phenomenal World of) Unreality, but make me go towards the Reality (of Eternal Self),
2: Keep me not in (the Ignorant State of) Darkness, but make me go towards the Light (of Spiritual Knowledge),
3: Keep me not in (the World of) Mortality, but make me go towards the World of Immortality (of Self-Realization),
4: Om, Peace, Peace, Peace.

How Yoga Makes You HappY —>

The practice of yoga combines physical exercise postures , stretching, deep breathing and mental focus. You learn to unite breath and movement, body and mind.
Yoga can be considered technology for getting back in touch with our true essence and ourselves. It is a way of remembering the health and wholeness that is our natural state of being.
Yoga, when broken down to its most simple form is breathing and feeling. Through this breathing and feeling we learn to control our reactions to events and people.
Yoga postures combined with deep breathing facilitate deep relaxation that combats stress and make you happy.
When practiced properly Yoga can make you a lot happy.
1-By practicing yoga, you learn to listen to your body and honor it- you automatically will be happier
2-Practicing yoga reduces your blood pressure and cortisol, the stress hormone.
3-Deep focuses breathing encourages positive emotion. It is a powerful stress management technique.
4-Yoga and deep breathing reduces anxiety.

Do’s and Don’ts of Yoga – Some RULES to bear in mind as you practice YOGA.

Do’s :

1-Do it empty stomach or 3-4 hours after meals Start with Om and Gayatri mantra .

2-Slow and steady movements .

3-Rest in between any two asanas.

4-Discipline,punctuality and regularity.

5-End with Shanti path ( mantra for peace)

6-Satvik bhojan ( easily digestible and very simple food )

7-Always have positive thought .

Don'ts :

1-Don't over exert.

2-Don't overdo.

3-Don't do ( yoga )mechanically.

4-Don't be over enthusiastic .

5-Don't say I can't do it .

6-Don't think it only as an exercise , it is spiritual upliftment.

7-Say no to negative thought.
