1. Consultation & Scalp Analysis

The doctor examines hair fall pattern, scalp condition and suitability for PRP.

2. Blood Collection

A small amount of the patient’s blood (around 10–20 ml) is drawn from the arm.

3. Centrifugation (Plasma Separation)

The collected blood is placed in a centrifuge machine which spins it at high speed to separate:
• RBCs
• Platelet-poor plasma
• Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) — the golden liquid full of growth factors.

4. Activation of PRP

Sometimes calcium gluconate or similar activators are added to enhance growth factor release.
5. Scalp Preparation

The scalp is cleaned and numbing cream or anesthesia is applied to reduce discomfort.

6. PRP Injections into Scalp

The activated PRP is injected into thinning areas using:
• micro-needles
• derma pen (optional)
• multiple tiny injections across the scalp

7. Follicle Stimulation

PRP stimulates weak or dormant follicles, increases blood supply, and boosts new hair growth.
