π» The word yoga is drived from the Sanskrit route "yuj", which means to join, attach , yoke , and unity. This unity or joining is described in spiritual terms - connection between individual consciousness with the universal consciousness.
Yoga means balancing of the body ,mind and emotion . this is done through the practices of Asana, Pranayam, Mudra,Bandha, Shatkarma and most important things is Meditation .

Chitta means - mind, vritti means - functioning of mind, nirodhah means - control.

Samatvam means - balance state.
Yoga is a balanced state of body, mind thoughts, emotion and behaviour.

Karma means -action, behaviour.
Kaushalam means - skill, efficiency.

π Surya Namaskar has been handed down from the enlightenedd Rsi (saga) of the Vedic age. The sun symbolizes Adhyatmika or spiritual consciousness and in ancient time was worshipped on a daily basic.
πIn yoga the sun is represented by pingla or Surya nadi , the pranic channel which carries the vital life giving force.
π³Surya Namaskar is a good method of loosening up all the joints and muscles in the body , along with massaging all the internal organs . It is an excellent exercise to do in the morning after taking a bath and before practicing any other yogic techniques or asana. If one feels tired at any time of the day , the Surya Namaskar will restore all our lost vitality , both physical and mental .
Surya Namaskar is a complete Sadhana.
Surya Namaskar has a direct vitalizing effect on the solar energy of the body which flows through pingala nadi. Regular practice of Surya Namaskar regulates pingla nadi.
πSurya Namaskar generous prana the subtle energy which activities the physics body . its performance in a steady, rhythmics sequence ,reflects the rhythms of the universe,
πThe 24 hours of the day , the 12 zodiac phases of the year and the biorhythms of the body.
πPrecautions:-The practice of Surya Namaskar should be discontinued if a fever. it should not be practice by people suffering from high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, or by those who have had a stroke. It should also be avoided in case of hernia or intestinal tuberculosis. During the onset of menstruation , this practice should be avoided. Should not do this practice after the 3 month of pregnancy.
