Always we must put bodyweight exercises in our first priority in my opinion. If you are lifting heavy enough but can’t lift yourself properly then there is no fitness in your daily workout regime. Keep it in your mind and stay fit. 💪🫵🏻

Perpetual growth of muscle tissue with unpublished mentality in bodybuilding stage. The youngest member of my family, my dearest baccha a.k.a prithi, je jibone konodin seriously compete korbe kina janina but amar swapno o akbar namuk stage e. Let’s guess the age of that kid.
Really he is a good learner in my small family and keeps pushing himself for a good optional pose for his last IBBF Mr. India 2024 contest held in Ludhiana and finally secured 5th place. Next time we will do better. Joy Maa Tara. 🙏

Here is the clipping of my new student in his gaining phase. Just keep practising and correcting all the 7 compulsory pose of bodybuilding. I hope he can achieve some new records of my career and reach that milestone what i am expecting from him. Let’s hope we can overcome the challenges he is facing right now in his life and pray to god for giving him a favourable situation to prepare on the stage.

Latest IBBF Mr. India on 55kg category and i’m proudly holding one of my most obedient students trophy in my new gym. My next target is standing beside mr. subhasis sur(gopu da), who really has an unbelievable genetics I even can imagine in my career. Hope to get a chance for the guidance of his upcoming competition.
