সকল শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষী এবং মা দুর্গার ভক্তদেরকে জানানো হচ্ছে যে , বর্তমান সংকটজনক পরিস্থিতির কারণে আমাদের গিরিশ ভবনে সর্বজনস্বীকৃত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে যে , এবারে মাতৃপূজা প্রতিমার পরিবর্তে দুর্গাঘটে নিবেদিত হবে । আমরা পরিবারের সদস্যরাই শুধুমাত্র এই পূজায় অংশগ্রহণ করবো । মায়ের কাছে করজোড়ে প্রার্থনা জানাই , আগামী বছর যেন সকলকে নিয়ে মায়ের চরণে পুষ্পাঞ্জলি দিতে পারি । 🙏🙏

A small announcement.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform that the illustrious Girish Bhawan Puja will be on a snooze mode this year. We regret to inform that the 2020 Pujas will be a private affair... and we have decided to keep it a strictly NO-GUEST Puja. We have come to this conclusion keeping in mind the well-being of our family members and all the guests, who we consider as an extended family.

We, however, hope that with Maa's blessings and all your love, Girish Bhawan will bounce back to the same grandeur and make up for all that we miss this year. After all, we strongly believe in .

PS: In sync with times, this year, we have decided to pause our 189-year-old custom and look forward to a no-idol ghot-puja-only affair.

We wish all of you to stay well and have a safe Pujas.

মহা সপ্তমীর সকালে সবাই মিলে অঞ্জলি।
দেখতে দেখতে সপ্তমীর দিনটা ভীষনই তাড়াতাড়ি কেটে যাচ্ছে। সকালে হঠাৎ হওয়া বৃষ্টি রেস কাটিয়ে এখন আমরা হঠাৎই আবার আনন্দে মেতে উঠেছি।

মা ফিরে আসার পরে বাড়িতে কেমন যেন প্রাণ ফিরে এসেছে। আজ থেকে পুজো শুরু -- আমরা চাই সবার পুজো ভালো কাটুক, আনন্দে কাটুক।
