What a day. What a crowd. What incredible people.
We completely sold out of our lip glosses and the hand creams that were made exclusively for this event.. and honestly, that only happened because of you!!
The love, the excitement, the conversations… it didn’t feel like work, it felt like joy 🤩
To every girl who stopped by, tried products, chatted, hyped us up, or just smiled and supported… you made this experience so special. You were warm, kind, and genuinely so fun to be around. I walked in (sick!!) with a stall, and walked out with a full heart and energy✨
Like always, I try to bring something new to every pop-up, just for you.. and the hand creams was one of those drops here 😁
And now… onto the next one♥️

I am a small business owner and I’m not afraid of admitting that I made a mistake that cost me. And this is one of those decisions!
I could have stopped at the call, I could have avoided the fact that these 5 customers got a tint in a different format than what they ordered, I could have called that a process testing, or I could have waited to see if they raised an issue. But that would not have been right.
As soon as I had the call with them to explain them how to activate the tint, I realised how that may have sounded to someone who doesn’t know me or my brand.
They ordered a tint from me, they should get a tint from me. And so here I am, trying to rectify my error.
Lesson: Not everything has to be creative. Sometimes you just got to stick with the process.
I apologise to the people who got what they didn’t ask for. I hope you like the products when you get them now ♥️

He stopped by with his camera, we had a quick chat, and he ended up clicking some wonderful pictures of our stall, capturing our products so beautifully. Sometimes that’s all it takes, skill, timing, and a good eye 😎
