I know many of us are trying to ditch chocolates, doughnuts or ice cream, and maybe we need some reasons to do that‼️

Natural sugar is naturally present in fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. It digests slowly and is very beneficial for health.

But refined sugar is different, when sugar cane is processed to extract sugar, the remains are called refined sugar, it digests very fasts and spikes insulin. ⚠️

I just don't get it.
Why follow a diet that force so much restriction and lifestyle change when there's a scientifically proven way to lose weight that doesn't require a single bit of elimination?
You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. (SCIENCE You can either create a bunch of rules about what you can and can't eat in hopes that it'll create a deficit...
OR
You can learn how to use moderation and portion control to create a deficit and never have to be that person who's always declining dinner invites with, "sorry, I'm on a diet." Both are hard, but l'd argue that one comes with a much larger upside and a flexible fitness lifestyle. The choice seems obvious to me...
But hey, what do I know?
