Do you really know the science behind using colours ?

In ancient times, the use of NATURAL colours meant ways to cleanse and heal our body. For an instance, turmeric( yellow ) was used to brighten the skin tone. The red colour( made of hibiscus flowers ) was used to bring density to hair volume.

Today, the use of artificial colours have just spoilt that meaning; leading to many skin problems.

In many areas, organic colours are available but still many are deprived of this facility.

In all the cases, one should prep their skin beforehand and take utmost care afterwards.
Instead of using chemical based cleaning agents, use natural products or natural Ingredients based products.
This should be done atleast for a week.
Cleanse your face with lemon and then jojoba oil. Rub cotton on the face and neck. Rinse with water. Apply sunscreen. At night, use Adoree’s bathing bar on face to clear away all the acne/pimples/rashes.
For combination skin- in a spray bottle, put clean water and a few drops to tea tree oil. And spray that on face 2-3 times a day.
For dry skin- it will be with lavender oil.
For oily skin- it will be with lemon oil.

Seasons change ; so does our skin.

For some, winters is the season for their beautiful skin while for others, it is summers that their skin looks amazing.
Your original texture of skin does matter. But you cannot escape the effect of the temperatures.
Some people get acne in winters while others can get it in summers.
It is all because of sebum ( the oil in your skin ).
In very simple language, if nature finds your skin dry, your body will produce more sebum. This means more oil, which means more clogged pores and acne. If your skin is oily, it might be leading to breakouts but your body will produce less of oil.
AND in summers, your body can produce more sebum because of humidity and hot weather. Again this leads to the acne cycle.
So the mantra should be balancing the oil of the skin.
Do not overdo the creams/lotions/moisturisers for the heck of moisture or hydration.
Balance of oil in your skin ➡️retains moisture➡️hydrates the skin.
Now that winters are going, the spring is the season of balance.
The skin is adjusting itself. Some May experience dryness/ patches of dryness/ patches of oiliness on face.
