COMFORT ZONE has killed so much dreams and limited people in life making them fall short of their true potential… I know this fact because I used to be in the line of GET IT QUICK OR GET IT BY LUCK OR AVOID UNCOMFORTABLE CHANGE .
As a health coach one common thing I have observed from people is they don’t want to accept the uncomfortable change that will give them a long term benefit, the change in lifestyle. ( you want to loose weight but you don’t want to change the lifestyle of eating late at night or eating extra calories diet ) .. I always stand by my truth and I advice people to be true to themselves!!
