Taking care of your feet is a very important part of personal hygiene. It helps in keeping your feet from smelling, which can be a major cause for embarrassment. One of the most common causes of foot odour is moist and unclean feet, which become a breeding ground for odour-producing bacteria. Looking after your feet also contributes to their health and well-being. Luckily, you don’t have to go to great lengths to look after your feet. Even if you do experience the occasional bout of smelly feet, here are some great home remedies that will help you get rid of the odour and avoid a hefty bill from the physician

Baking soda is the go-to solution for a lot of minor ailments. This is also a good home remedy for stinky feet. It is a fabulous cleaning and conditioning agent. Soak your feet in 1 bucket of lukewarm water with 1 cup of baking soda for 20 minutes. Pat them dry and keep them uncovered throughout the night.
8. Black Tea:
Steep 2 tea bags in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes. Add some cool water to bring it to a bearable temperature. Immerse your feet in this solution for 30 minutes to remove smell-causing impurities.
9. Vinegar and Water:
Mix vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:2. Soak your feet in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. Let them dry on their own. Vinegar is excellent at absorbing smells. Dust your feet with some talcum powder before you put on your footwear.

Rubbing alcohol, also known as Isopropyl alcohol, is brilliant at cleansing and inhibiting the growth of odour-causing organisms. Wash your feet thoroughly with water and soap. Dry them and then apply generous amounts of rubbing alcohol. Be careful, as rubbing alcohol can be poisonous if ingested.

This is a lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories even if you are just sitting down on your computer. It also increases your metabolism which helps in weight loss
For Recipe. You Need:
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
Directions:
1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey. 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey is recommended.
2) Boil 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
3) Pour the boiling water on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.
4) Add honey when the water is cool/warm. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.
5) Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated and drink it in the morning. Do not re-heat it in the morning.
Do not add any flavors in this mixture. And this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.

HAIR DANDRUFF
Tip 1:
Keep the scalp clean. Oil hair on alternate days and shampoo.
Tip 2:
Mix 2 tspns of Brandy in 1 cup of water. Apply with the fingertips to the roots of hair. Wash after ½ hour with shampoo.
Tip 3:
Mix 1 egg with 1 cup of yogurt and apply on the scalp. Leave for ½ an hour and wash.
Tip 4:
Mix 1 tblspn of Olive oil with 1 tspn of limejuice. Apply well on the scalp and cover the head by tying an old scarf. Keep it on overnight and shampoo the next morning.
Tip 5:
1 tspn of Fenugreek seed powder mixed with an egg. Apply and leave for ½ an hour before shampooing the hair.
Tip 6:
1 tspn fenugreek seed powder mixed with 1 cup of yogurt. Apply and leave for ½ an hour before washing.
Tip 7:
Take 2 tblspns of Beetroot juice and add 1 egg and 1 tspn limejuice to this. Apply and leave for ½ an hour before washing.
Tip 8:
Oil hair well before going to bed. Next morning mix 1 tspn limejuice with ½ tspn salt. Rub this on the scalp with the peel of a lime turned inside out. Leave for 1 hour before shampooing.

DIY-Get Rid Of Black Heads & clogged pores In 5 Minutes-
use half lemon from the fridge (doesn't matter if some juice is already squeezed from it) and put 3-4 drops of honey on it. Rub the lemon on your face, emphasizing trouble areas. Leave the lemon and honey mixture on your face for 5 minutes and then wash it with cold water. You will be able to see the results immediately. Additionally, lemon juice will also fade other marks/spots on the face and honey will moisturize.
Some home recipes for clear skin.
Take slice tomato piece and tomato pulp, rub on your face and neck area, leave for 15 minutes, wash off with normal water. It will give clear and glow skin.
Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder. Apply your face and neck, Rinse off with cold water after 10 minutes. It repairs damage skin.
Produce raw potato juice, apply on your face. Keep it for some times and wash off with water. It helps brighten the skin and prevents wrinkle and acne.
Grind cucumber, produce juice, add little bit water, apply that solution on face, leave it for 20 minutes, then wash off. It is used as face wash, it removes extra oil from skin. It is a good tips for oily skin.
