beauty. Because an individual landscape surrounds and embraces a dwelling or
commercial building, it needs to complement and enhance the beauty and the
importance of that structure. Because it also serves as the outdoor living space
for the residents, interests, needs and sensibilities. And because a landscape is
comprised of both living plants and permanent elements, it needs to be designed
with future growth in mind. We emphasize to use the place as such it increases the scenic beauty and should
must possess a balance with the traditions and customs of the society by using
