Photo me jo dish hai, wo moong dal chilla (or besan chilla) lag rahi hai β ek healthy, crispy Indian pancake type snack β aur uske saath ek tomato chutney (ya laal chutney) dikh rahi hai.

π« Moong Dal Chilla Recipe (Healthy Protein-Rich Pancake)
πΏ Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal (soaked 2β3 hours)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
Salt β as per taste
ΒΌ tsp red chilli powder
ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
1β2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil β for cooking

π©βπ³ Method:
1. Soak & Grind:
Moong dal ko 2β3 ghante bhigo kar mixer me grind karo (thoda pani daal kar) β ek smooth batter bana lo.
2. Mix Spices:
Batter me onion, ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric, red chilli, hing aur coriander daal do.
3. Cook the Chilla:
Non-stick tawa garam karo, thoda oil lagao.
Ek karchi batter daal kar round shape me phaila do.
Medium flame par dono side golden brown hone tak sekho.
4. Serve Hot:
Tomato chutney ya green chutney ke saath serve karo. πΆοΈ
