When I was on my own weight loss journey, I would say this all the time.

“I’ll start tomorrow” or “ I’ll start over on Monday” or “We’ll the holidays are coming there’s no point now”

And you know where that got me ?! NOWHERE

It wasn’t until I decided, “No I’m going to start today” and realized that it’s better to be consistent than it is to be perfect, was I able to lose 15killos 🎉
