Get • A slew of action films like ‘Baaghi 2’ (2018), ‘Malang’ (2020) and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ (2024) helped Disha Patani () carve out a niche for herself in an industry saturated with actors vying to play demure female characters. As it turns out, she enjoys watching such high-octane movies as much as she loves performing her own stunts. “I’ve loved watching them since I was a kid, especially Jackie Chan movies,” she says. “Working with Jackie Chan [in ‘Kung Fu Yoga’] was the highest point of my career. He’s my biggest superhero.”
